Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.thirdmillenniumman.com. We are a company who principally supply information and entertainment aimed at men. We have a paid-subscription Monthly Newsletter. We occasionally offer our own products for sale, as well as other products on behalf of third parties which we believe our members and Subscribers will be interested in.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

User Data

All our pages and a certain amount of our articles are freely available to all. Only logged-in members of this website are able to view all articles in their entirety, offer comment, take advantage of our offers and free deals, and join in the conversation in our discussion forum when it comes online. We keep a record of our logged-in members and this record will only ever be kept within Third Millennium Man. It is not available for loan or for sale, at any price.

Contact page

We have a Contact page on this site, allowing access to the Third Millennium Man Administration Team. Due to unprecedented levels of spam, we use a sophisticated Captcha to filter out the automated sales literature and hatemail. The page asks for your name and email address in an effort to deter those who wish to preach at us or accuse us of sexism and misogyny, unwanted Spam emails and messages, and to allow us to respond to genuine questions and comments. We do our best to reply to these by email, within one working day depending upon work levels.

Should you use our Contact Page for any reason, we will use your email address solely to respond to your query. We will also keep our correspondence on file in case you have further questions. Your email address in this instance stays with Third Millennium Man. We do not pass on or sell email addresses to third parties. We reserve the right to use your email address to let you know of any new features, posts or products you may be interested in, including our Monthly Newsletter. Even so, should you wish NOT to receive such emails from Third Millennium Man, do please let us know and we will permanently delete your details and correspondence.

Cookies

Third Millennium Man has a cookie policy you can read here.

When you first visit Third Millennium Man we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. There is a Cookie Acceptance Banner at the top of our website.

Third Millennium Man is a website which offers Membership and Subscription, however any visitors can read much of our posts without logging in.

Links to third party websites

Our website has many links to external content, mainly to aid our Search Engine Optimisation. Without SEO, you would probably never have found us in the first place.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Third Millennium Man accepts no responsibility for what happens to your data on these external websites. They are beyond our control.

PayPal

We offer PayPal as a means to pay for your purchases from Third Millennium Man as well as any Subscription to our Monthly Newsletter. If you care to use any PayPal balance, or prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, is entirely your choice. PayPal will already have some data from you in order to open an account, and will retain your purchase information in line with their policies.

For complete privacy, Third Millennium Man is investigating a facility to pay with Bitcoin. This payment method does not involve PayPal at all, but goes directly to our own Third Millennium Man Bitcoin Wallet, which we have set up as a part of an experiment we will be reporting on at some point in the future. The only information required from you in this instance is an email address, which can be a temporary email account you have set up purely for this purpose. Complete anonymity and privacy indeed.

Analytics

Third Millennium Man retains overall data, for purposes such as volume of site visits, the popularity of one post or product against another, and the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns. This practice is common to the majority of online vendors, it is not unique to Third Millennium Man. It is not invasive, it is good business sense.

NO data collected for these purposes can identify an individual. Though we are sure it can be done, we have no interest in it and no time to dedicate to it.
